Thelma Arleen Adams 77 of Morgantown KY., passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018, at her residence. Thelma was born July 15, 1940, in Greenup Kentucky to the late Glen B. and Tessie Young Boyle. She was retired from General Telephone and honorary firefighter for Butler Community Volunteer Fire Dept. in Pendleton County KY. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one son Roy Arthur Adams and one brother William Joseph "Billy Joe" Boyle.

Wendell Clifton "Nip" Phelps, 76 of Morgantown, KY passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Nip was born April 14, 1941, in Butler County, KY to the late Lester and Pauline Shepherd Phelps. He spent his life doing carpentry work and loving his wife, children, and grandchildren. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one grandson David Russell West; three brothers William, Randell and Big Jim Phelps and two sisters Nola Embry and Sarah Lee.

Faye was born March 1, 1950 in Pine Knott, KY to the late Millard and Arizona Moore Stephens. She was a member of Belmont General Baptist Church and she was a homemaker. Faye loved and enjoyed her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was a member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church and a retired; self-employed carpenter, heavy equipment operator, and barber for 20 years in Ohio Co. Other than his parents, David is preceded in death by his wife, Imogene "Jean" White, two brothers; Dewell and Charles White, one sister, Violet Godsey and two daughters-in-law; Donna and Janice White.

BROWDER - Nyla Faye Drake, 72, of Browder, entered into her rest on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Mrs. Drake was born July 17, 1945, in Muhlenberg County, to the late Cecil and Beatrice Jarvis. She was a housewife from the time she was married, throughout her life. She was a member of Browder Missionary Baptist Church. Nyla enjoyed working in her yard, attending cookouts, shopping, driving fast, and crocheting. She absolutely loved a good argument, and Elvis Presley was the second love of her life.

Lawanda was born September 26, 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky to Donald and Retha Obannon Lindsey who survives. She is preceded in death by one sister Loretta Hardin and two brothers Donald Lindsey Jr. and Gary Zoller.
