Jerry Herbert Colburn, 70 of Roundhill, Kentucky passed away Wednesday January 1, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Jerry was born Friday September 9, 1949 in the Jetson Community of Butler County, KY to the union of Herbert and Kathleen Whittinghill Colburn. He was a member of Christian Home Church of Christ and a farmer. Jerry loved the Lord and was one of the song leaders at Christian Home Church of Christ. He loved horses, mules, cattle, coon hunting, farming and spending time with family and friends. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one son Jerry Crandall Colburn and two sisters Gwen Royal and Sondra Colburn.

Jerry Colburn is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Diana Embry Colburn of Roundhill, KY; one daughter Jessica Bechard (Jason) of Old Hickory, TN; son Josh Colburn (Leslie) of Roundhill, KY; three grandchildren Brooke, Makennah and Titus Colburn; one sister Carolyn Seawright (Walter) of Louisville, KY; one brother Jimmie Colburn of Roundhill, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday January 6, 2020 at 1:00pm  with Bro. Nick Greenman and Bro. Paul Smithson officiating. Burial will be held in the Whittinghill Cemetery where Jonathan Seawright, Jimmie Colburn, Craig Colburn, David Hammond, Danny Cottrell, Tony Cottrell, Kyle Morris, Todd Embry and Greg Woodcock will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Sunday January 5, 2020 from 2:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
