Lisa Kay Oaks, age 66, of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away on June 15, 2026, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born on October 2, 1959, in McLean County, Kentucky, and lived a life marked by love, faith, and devotion to her family and community.

Lisa was the daughter of the late Charles Buck and Lucille Henderson Schindler. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Tyler Oaks. Those who knew her will remember her as a loving, faith-filled, and thoughtful woman whose presence brought comfort and warmth to the lives around her.

James “Jim” David Williamson, 84, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026, with his family by his side at his residence. He was born April 7, 1942, in Livia, Kentucky to the late Robert Williamson and Zoma Fulkerson Williamson. Jim was a truck driver.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Loren Shane Williamson; daughter, Zoma Dunn; sisters, Donna Jackson and Charlene Kirby and brother, Robert Dean Williamson.

He was born on May 29, 1974, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and throughout his life he carried with him the values of hard work, loyalty, and devotion to the people he loved. Patrick was known by those who knew him best as a loving, kind, and handy man who could always be counted on when something needed to be fixed, built, or done right.  Patrick worked as a Construction Foreman, a role that reflected both his skill and his strong work ethic.

Jeremy is preceded in death by his parents, David S. and Rita Diane Cox Young. He is survived by his brother, Jeff Young of Bowling Green, Kentucky, as well as one niece and one nephew. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will remember him with love and affection.

Peggy Cardwell Johnson

Peggy Cardwell Johnson, age 91, of Sweeden, peacefully entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family at her residence. An Edmonson County native, Peggy was born on July 25, 1934, to the late Julius Neil and Lonis Basham Cardwell. She shared a devoted marriage with her husband, John Henry Johnson, until his passing on January 8, 2008.
