ROBERT C. “BOBBY” GREEN

ROBERT C. “BOBBY” GREEN, 85 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Thursday January 16, 2020 at his residence. Bobby was born on January 8, 1935 in Beech Creek, Kentucky located in Muhlenburg County to the parents of Glendon Paul “Jack” and Alma Pendley Green as the 6th child of a family of ten children.

Lorene Kirby, 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 at her residence in Bowling Green.  She was born in Ohio Co. on April 13, 1940 to the late Harrison and Carrie Burden LeGrand. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Herman Glen Kirby; daughter Rita Kirby; son Steve Kirby; infant daughter Sandra Kirby.

Brenda Darlene Coots

Brenda Darlene Coots, 68, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center. She was born in Warren Co., Ky. on Nov. 9, 1951 to the late Obie and Senora Abner Coots.  Brenda was a member of Aberdeen Baptist Church and worked at Kellwood for several years.  She loved going to yard sales, playing bingo and going to church.  She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Earl C. Coots, Herman Coots and an infant brother; sisters Evelyn Hunt, Carolyn Kelley and an infant sister.

Beulah Dearing

Beulah Dearing, 94 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Sunday January 12, 2020 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Beulah was born March 4, 1925 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Embry Dearing and Vera Cooper. She was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church and loved to crochet, piecing quilts ,enjoyed word search books and puzzles. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one son Lee Dearing; one daughter Jean Morris and one son in law Remus Glass.

Barbara Ann Vaughn Turner, 82 of Morgantown, KY passed away Wednesday January 8, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Barbara was born May 20, 1937 in Greenville, KY to the union of Cecil and Marie Sorrels Vaughn. She was a member of Rochester Missionary Baptist Church, avid Kentucky fan, faithful listener to lunch at the Z and was known as Butler County Barb. She loved spend time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Shorty Fleming; one sister Pat Maxfield and special cousin Betty Worth.

Annie Myrl Willoughby

Annie Myrl Willoughby, 76 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020 at her home. She was born on February 20, 1943 in Butler County to the late Clido and Eva Mae Bingham Pendley. Annie attended Word Missionary Baptist Church, she worked at The Tarp Shop and she loved her dogs dearly.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Willoughby; two sisters, Dorothy Caudill and Omie Kimmel and two brothers, Glen D. Pendley and Curtis C. Pendley.

Silas T. Underwood, 4 month old infant son of Marty and Cory Cardwell Underwood passed away Monday January 6, 2020 at the Monroe Carroll Childrens Hospital in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by paternal grandfather Eddie Underwood and maternal great grandparents Tildon and Maxine Cardwell and Forrest and Aline Phelps.

She was a member of Pleasant Rock Church and loved the Lord, nature, singing, and spending time with her family.
