Jeff W. Bayley, 56 of Morgantown, KY passed away Saturday February 22, 2020 at his residence. Jeff was born August 30, 1963 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late John Bayley and Barbara Hickman Bayley who survives. He was a mechanic at the Henkley Corporation and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Jeff loved all animals especially dogs and cats. Other than his father he is preceded in death by one brother James Raymond Bayley; paternal grandparents James & Isabelle Bayley and maternal grandfather Earl Beason. 

Stanley Neal West, 68 of Morgantown, KY passed away Friday February 21, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. He was born September 12, 1951 in the Leonard Oak Community in Butler County, KY to the late Dallas West and Gertrude Brooks Cardwell. Stanley was a Butler County High School Graduate Class of 1969 and a supervisor at the  Daicel Factory in Beaver Dam, KY. He was a avid UK Basketball fan and loved fishing, trap shooting, watching his boys play baseball and working.

Tommy Joe Bratcher Sr. 68 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Tuesday February 18, 2020 at his residence. Tommy was born September 30, 1951 in Hartford, KY to the late Verlene Bratcher Johnson. He was a retired drywall hanger and enjoyed fishing, hunting and old cars. Tommy also enjoyed drinking coffee with his buddies and loved spending time with family and friends.

Steven H. Smith, 72 of Morgantown, KY passed away Thursday February 13, 2020 at his residence. Steven was born April 1, 1947 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late George and Marietta Embry Smith. He was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Leonard Smith. 

Shelia Gail Embry, 59, of Morgantown, Ky, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. Shelia was born June 25, 1960 in Butler Co., Ky to the union of Jim and Christine Griffith Embry. She was a Home Health Aid for 20 years and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Other than her parents, Shelia is preceded in death by one sister, Sue Johnson and two brothers; Bobby and Wendell Embry.

David Hendricks West, 80, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020 at his residence. He was born on August 17, 1939 in Providence, Ky.

John Stanley Howard, 62, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Sunday, Feb. 16,2020 at the Morgantown and Care Rehab Center.  He was born on June 3, 1957 in Butler Co., Ky. to the late Willard and Jewel Casey Howard.  He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Beaver Dam, Ky., a drywall hanger and enjoyed fishing.  He was preceded in death by his parents;  brothers Roswell, Willis and Garfield Howard and a sister Edith Howard.

Raleigh  Dale  Nabours, 60, passed away Feb. 13, 2020 at Signature Health Care.  He was born in Hartford July 5, 1959, son of Raleigh G. Nabours and the late Maurita Hines Nabours. Dale served in the U.S. Army, worked as a CNA at Professional Care Home and was of the Church of Christ faith.  He was an avid reader and loved U of L basketball. Dale was preceded in death by a grandson Kolten Miller.

Doris Givens McKinney, 94, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on Feb. 16, 1925 to the late Ross and Eliza Hope Givens. She was a retired schoolteacher for 39 years in the Butler Co. School System. She started her teaching career in several one room schools, Hickory Stand and Alum Springs and taught 16 years at Boston before retiring from Morgantown Elementary. In earlier years she attended Union Baptist Church.
