This past Friday, Marty Balin passed away on the way to the hospital. You may be asking, “who is he”?

I’ve noticed the pretty fall decorations and displays all over our town. I’ve even done some seasonal decorating at home. Autumn is a beautiful – and colorful – time of year. Many people prefer this time of year to the other seasons.

Butler County Voters,

On Friday after work, Garey came home to take a shower, while I finished up the day’s paper work at our shop.  Garey always turns on the faucet in the tub before he actually gets into the tub—it’s important that you know that.  On Friday, he turned on the tub faucet then immediately yelled, “I’m gonna whip somebody!”  Our granddaughter, Sabria, who was watching TV in a room nearby yelled back, “It wasn’t me!”

Fall is here! We say Spring has sprung.  Why not Fall has fallen? Maybe that’d be at the end of Fall.  Along with Fall comes cooler weather(eventually), seasonal Starbucks drinks-pumpkin spice all over! Fall brings football, basketball and the new television season.  Fall is the time of year that I’m definitely thankful for the Hopper DVR.  HULU is also very helpful whenever you have more favorite shows than pairs of eyes or time.

The fall primetime television schedule has begun, and this week my DVR is in high demand. After all, I’ll need to know which programs are better choices for me. Sometimes an old favorite may be replaced by a new choice: television viewing evolves.

Many changes have been made to programming again this fall. According to TV Guide, the new programs on ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and The CW will begin airing this week and continue to debut into October. The new programs include:

•Mondays: The Neighborhood, Happy Together, Magnum P.I., and Manifest.

Once a sleepy head—always a sleepy head.  I heard somewhere when you get older it becomes easier to arise.  Not so, the warm covers are still hard to leave.  The dread is awful.  

If you asked why I choose to vote for Tim Flener. I’d tell you that Tim is the same person today as he was yesterday and he’ll be tomorrow. He doesn’t have to put on a show to win people over. He is true to his self. He is a Godly man. He has made several trips to be at the bed side of many of my sick family and friends. He has prayed over my family when we were weak. He is a family man. The man loves his family. And he treats our family like family. As a business owner he spoke to every person he walked by. As a deacon of the church he speaks to every person that walks by him.
