Marshall Law, aka Kenneth Wayne Oller, age 57, of Nashville, TN, died Wednesday Sept. 5th 2012 in Nashville.He was born on September 11, 1954, the son of Stoy and Mary Mudd Oller.

He was a singer and musician and a truck driver and was a member of Leitchfield First General Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his son, Shanon Oller and father, Stoy Oller.

Aleta T. Lankford,  97 of  Louisville, Ky. passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the Franciscan Health Care Center in Louisville, Ky. She was a  Butler County Native, born February 21, 1915 to the late Charles E. and Glennie Neel Thomas and wife of the late Robert J. Lankford.  She was a retired office employee of many years.

Mr. Fishburn was born May 27, 1927 in Butler Co. to the late Herbert Fishburn and wife Zettie Majors Fishburn. She was preceded in death by his siblings. He was a Truck Driver.

She was born on July 6, 1944 in Grayson County, the daughter of George and Margie Brooks Hack. Her occupation was nursing; she was a member of the Summit General Baptist Church.

Lois Alyene Carroll, age 69 of Morgantown, died Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Morgantown Care & Rehab.  She was a Butler County native, daughter of the late Willie Rollie Hudnall and Lestie Lorene Stearsman Hudnall, a homemaker and member of New Midway Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by two sisters; Hazel Pouffle and Omia Jean Hudnall, two brothers; James Harry Hudnall and Billy Hunt Hudnall, and step-mother Pearl Hudnall.

James O. Gabbard, 91 of Bowling Green, Kentucky, formerly of Roundhill, Kentucky, passed from this earth Thursday, August 23, 2012, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Jim was born June 9, 1921, in Butler County, to the late Millard T. and Bunah Joiner Gabbard. He was a veteran of WWII, Korea and Vietnam, graduate of Western KY University and retired minister of the Church of Christ. He was a member of Eastside Church of Christ in Bowling Green, Ky. He was preceded in death by four brothers Porter, Gene, Frank and Clete and two sisters, Hazel Harris and Grady Kathleen Price.

Chase Myles Vane Mincey, of Morgantown. passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. Chase was born August 21, 2012 at the Medical Center to his father Joseph Mincey II and mother Charity Bumpus Mincey.

Chase is survived by his parents, 1 brother; Joseph Mincey III, 1 Sister; Chasity Mincey.

Grandparents include Jennifer Bonne and Lorrie Moore of Owensboro, Ky., Great Grandparents Ronnie and Betty Brown of Morgantown, Ky., Great Grandmother Angela Bumpus of Bowling Green, Ky. Several Aunts and Uncles.

Royce E. Dockery, 74, of Horse Branch passed away Monday, August 20, 2012 at the Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro, KY. 

He was born on December 8, 1937 in Butler County, the son of Grady and Stella Mae Dockery. He was a timber cutter. He attended the Church of God in Horse Branch.

Alma Jean Goodall, age 71 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Friday, August 17, 2012, at her residence. Jean was born May 17, 1941, to the late Shelby and Almie Johnson Lee in Butler County and was wife of the late William Randel Goodall. She was a member of Woodbury Baptist Church and retired from the Butler County School System. She was preceded in death by 2 bothers Shelby Lee Jr. and Donald Lee.
