Janice Mae Belcher

Janice Mae Belcher, 52 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Monday,November 23, 2015 at her residence. Janice was born April 4, 1963 in Bowing Green, Ky. to the late G H and Avel Givens Carroll. She was of the Baptist faith, a member of the Logan County Saddle Club and a employee at Casco of Morgantown, Ky. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one sister in law Eva Givens.

Johnnie Walter Parrigan

Johnnie Walter Parrigan, 62, of Leitchfield, passed away Monday, November 23rd, 2015 at Nortons Hospital in Louisville. 

He was born on Monday, April 27th, 1953 in Grayson County, the son of Elmer and Ann (Kinser) Parrigan. Johnnie worked for many years as a Respiratory Therapist.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and doing landscape work.

Ronnie Dale Clark, 58 of Bowling Green, Ky. passed away Friday November 20, 2015 at his residence. Ronnie was born December 18, 1956 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Newton Clark and Alice Phellps Crenshaw who survives. Other than his father, he is preceded in death by his wife Debra Ervin Clark and one sister Judy Clark.

Eules Wilson

Eules Wilson, 95, of Irvington, passed away Saturday, November 21st, 2015 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. 

He was born on Thursday, November 18th, 1920 in Butler County, the son of the late Homer and Vida (Embry) Wilson. Eules was a distillery line worker. He also served in the United States Army.

Goldie Marie Dockery

Goldie Marie Dockery, 92 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday November 18, 2015 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. Goldie was born on April 19, 1923 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Birch and Bessie Burden and wife of the late Ray Dockery. She was a member of Oak Ridge General Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one son Lendel Dockery, one daughter Betty Dockery, one grandson Danny Dockery, daughter in law Thelma Dockery, four sisters and one brother.

Horace Wayne Christmas

Horace Wayne Christmas, 81 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Monday, November 16, 2015, at his residence.

He was born Saturday, March 3, 1934 in Butler County, Kentucky, the son of the late William Mont Christmas and the late Mae Davis Christmas. He was the husband of Betty Jean Christmas, who survives.

He was a truck driver for ER Carpenter Company and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Christadell Phelps 86, of Bowling Green entered into rest Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Magnolia Village in Bowling Green. Christadell was born in Morgantown, KY December 10, 1928. She was preceded in death by her parents James Edward and Atlanta Johnson Phelps, her husband Neil R. Phelps, two sons Christopher Dwight Phelps and Michael Howard Phelps and daughter Deborah Kaye Phelps. Also three sisters Asa Mae Dow, Peggy Vaniman and Anna Mary Appling, three brothers Howard, Archie and J. E. Phelps and grandson William Charles Duncan.

Don "Red" Martin

Don "Red" Martin, 82 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Tuesday November 17, 2015 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Don was born on July 2, 1933 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Jewel C. and Blanche Harrel Martin and husband of the late Wyvonia "Von" Martin. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, lifetime member of the VFW and a retired Butler County Farm Bureau insurance agent. Don is preceded in death by his parents, wife and one daughter Kimberly Denise Martin; one sister Phyllis Cartwright and step mother Mary Martin.

Charles Ray Merideth

Charles Ray Merideth, 72, of Roundhill passed away at 2:45 PM Nov. 14, 2015 at his home.
 
The Jefferson County native was a farmer, coal miner, US Army Corps of Engineers employee, US Army veteran and a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Charlie Riley Merideth and Hannah Eileen Carroll Merideth.
 
Funeral will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cub Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Monday, 9 AM-8 PM Tuesday and after 9 AM Wednesday.
