Leo Anthony Fernandez, 79, died December 5, 2017 at home with his wife, Kelley, by his side.

Charles Howard age 69 of Olaton Ky., went to his heavenly home on Saturday, December 2, 2017. He will be reunited with his parents Orville and Mildred Smith Howard and his son Michael Howard. He will live on in the hearts of his best friend Sandra Geary, his daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and David Bell, his granddaughter Sadie Bell, his brother and sister-in-law John and Dee Howard and many others he touched during his time with them.

Connie Jo Bray, 66, of Morgantown, KY, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017, at her residence. Connie was born March 11, 1951, in Normal, IL, to the late Robert Gene Barker and Patricia Keen Dipietratonio , who survives. Connie was a Member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Other than her father, she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Bray Jr., one son, Robert Bray III, one grandson, Robert Bray IV, one step-granddaughter, Kayla Chute and one sister, Eva Stockert.

Winetta "Wendy" Drake, 58 of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away Saturday December 2, 2017 at the Hospice of Southern Ky. Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY. Wendy was born August 7, 1959 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Jewel Evelyn Glass Drake. She was the support group supervisor and team leader for Houchins Industries and  helped with Relay For Life for several years. The family would like to thank her  St George Island tribe, Vanderbilt Nursing Staff Dr. Erica Nakajima, Dr. Jennifer Green and Hospice of Southern Kentucky.

Harry Livengood, 75, of Huntsville, KY, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017, at Morgantown Care and Rehab. Harry was born January 29, 1942, in Indiana to the late Charles and Frances Tibbet Livengood. He was a member of Huntsville United Methodist Church. Other than his parents, Harry is preceded in death by one son-in-law, Greg Kirby, three brothers; Andy, Earl and Ira Livengood and two sisters; Donna Farley and Doris Smith.

Kathleen (Turner) Campbell, 80, of Caneyville, passed away Tuesday, November 28th, 2017 at her residence. 

She was born on Friday, November 12th, 1937 in Jefferson County, the daughter of the late Allie and Jessie (Mollyhorn) Turner. Kathleen was a deputy and retired from the Grayson County Detention Center. She loved to fish and garden and was of the Baptist faith.  

Elmer C. Hunt, 82, of  Morgantown, Ky., passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at the  Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.  He was born in Ohio Co., Ky. on September 25, 1935 to the late Elbert and Ina Miller Hunt.  He was of the Baptist Faith, a Truck Driver for 44 years and loved to ride motorcycles.   He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Wanda Hunt and sister Thelma Beasley.

Funeral services for Damon Allen will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017, at 10:00a.m. at the Mexia High School Football Stadium in Mexia. Pastor Bryan Hallmark will officiate. Interment will follow the services at Salem Cemetery near Freestone.

Visitation will be held on Thursday with the family present from 5:00p.m. unitl 7:00p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague.

Trooper Damon Allen passed away in the line of duty on Thursday, November 23, 2017, near Fairfield.

Lucille Phelps, 94 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Friday November 24, 2017 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Lucille was born January 27, 1923 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Tildon C. and Pearl Miliam Miller and wife of the late Herbert "Hub" Phelps. She was a member of Cool Springs General Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by six brothers Paul, Shirley, Shelby, Jimmy, Frank and Cecil Miller and four sisters Bessie Mae Henderson, Evelyn McCormick, Ruby Franklin and Flossie Scanlon.
