Lucille Phelps, 94 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Friday November 24, 2017 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Lucille was born January 27, 1923 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Tildon C. and Pearl Miliam Miller and wife of the late Herbert "Hub" Phelps. She was a member of Cool Springs General Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by six brothers Paul, Shirley, Shelby, Jimmy, Frank and Cecil Miller and four sisters Bessie Mae Henderson, Evelyn McCormick, Ruby Franklin and Flossie Scanlon.

Lucille Phelps is survived by one daughter Rita Justice and husband Tommy of Morgantown, KY.; two granddaughters Jill Wilson and husband Kevin of Morgantown, KY. and Rebecca LaFevor and husband Daniel of Beechgrove, TN.; two great grandchildren Kaitlyn and Zack Wilson both of Morgantown, KY.; one sister Georgiann Keown of Morgantown, KY; special neighbor Lavette Johnson of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Cool Springs General Baptist Church Sunday November 26, 2017 at 2:00pm with Bro. David Youngblood officiating. Burial will be in the Cool Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday November 25, 2017 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel and Sunday from 12:00pm until funeral time at 2:00pm at the Cool Springs General Baptist Church.
