Brenda Darlene Coots, 68, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center. She was born in Warren Co., Ky. on Nov. 9, 1951 to the late Obie and Senora Abner Coots. Brenda was a member of Aberdeen Baptist Church and worked at Kellwood for several years. She loved going to yard sales, playing bingo and going to church. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Earl C. Coots, Herman Coots and an infant brother; sisters Evelyn Hunt, Carolyn Kelley and an infant sister.

Brenda is survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, Jan. 16 at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Murl Gray officiating. Burial will follow in the Aberdeen Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 4-8pm and on Thursday from 8am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
