Monticello Baptist Church was organized in 1805.  In those days, it was called Midway.  The name was then changed to Point Pleasant before its present incarnation, Monticello Baptist Church.

Boys and Girls Club sponsors feed children during summer camp program

Children of the Butler County Boys and Girls Club have received multiple meals to finish out the summer from several local businesses and individuals.

Sponsors of the club were able to choose a meal from a restaurant of their choice to provide to the children for breakfast or lunch.

2019 Tractor Show

.The 13th annual Tractor Show took place on August 2 and 3 and was hosted by the Butler County Antique Engine and Tractor Club.  A tractor and engine show as well as a parade took place. Tractor games, raffles and a kids pedal pull also took place at the event.

Over 400 students receive supplies at annual Back to School Bash
