Sparks were flying at Southern Kentucky's largest fireworks show on July 4 at the annual Catfish Festival. 

While many people from the community get to experience festivals every year, those with special needs don’t always get the opportunity.

Bluegrass music was heard all around Yellow Creek Park in Owensboro, Ky this past weekend at the sixteenth annual ROMP Festival.

The windows of businesses all over Morgantown can be seen covered in paint and decorations representing the Catfish Festival, Fourth of July and more. The window decorating contest is held every year as part of the Green River Catfish Festival. Windows will be displayed throughout the week of the festival. Below are some of the businesses that competed in this year’s window decorating.

The 9^th Annual RMC Scholarship Ride will take place on Saturday, July 20 to honor Robert Myles Cunningham, who lost his battle to cancer at 15 years old.

Every year, this ride marks as a celebration of Robert’s life with the ride as his memorial. Proceeds will benefit the Robert Myles Cunningham Memorial Scholarship awarded to Butler County students.

Dive in every other Wednesday at the Morgantown City Pool for half priced night swims and movies during swimming hours.

The City Pool will be hosting ‘Movie Dive Ins’ on select Wednesday nights throughout the summer.
