MORGANTOWN — Butler County pulled away to beat visiting Grayson County 45-27 in a 12th District girls' basketball game on Friday, Jan. 13.

BOWLING GREEN — Butler County came up short as Greenwood held on to win 84-81 in a boys' high school basketball game on Tuesday, Jan. 10. 

RUSSELLVILLE — Butler County suffered a setback as host Russellville held on to win 46-45 in a girls' high school basketball game on Saturday, Jan. 7. 

HOPKINSVILLE — Sophomore guard Ty Price scored a game-high 34 points to lead Butler County past host Heritage Christian 74-52 in a boys' high school basketball game on Thursday, Jan. 5.

BOWLING GREEN — Winning on the road, Butler County upended Warren Central 55-36 in a girls' high school basketball game on Tuesday, Jan. 3. 

OWENSBORO — Bouncing back from a loss one day earlier, Butler County pulled away to beat Hart County 61-46 in the Independence Bank Classic at the Owensboro SportsCenter on Thursday, Dec. 29.

ALBANY — Continuing to win, Butler County edged Glasgow 36-34 in the opening round of the Best of the Lakes Holiday Classic at Clinton County High School on Wednesday, Dec. 28.
