One Day VBS: Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Saturday

Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church on Hwy. 106 in Quality, Kentucky will be hosting a One-Day VBS on Saturday, May 17th from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Butler Co. ATC HOSA Club Hosts Easter Egg Hunt For Boys and Girls Club

On Friday, April 18th, HOSA members from Butler Co. ATC made several children smile!  HOSA hosted a surprise egg hunt for the members of the Boys and Girls club and supplied them with bags to collect their eggs in. On that day there were approximately 60 children in attendance. The children had over 1200 eggs to find; all eggs were filled with candy for the kids to enjoy.

Swedish Weaving Class Being Offered at Extension Office

The Butler County Extension Office will be offering a Swedish Weaving Class on Tuesday, May 20th here at the Extension Office from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.  Carolyn French will be teaching the class and tea towel kits will be available to those who register.

Registration is $10 and a weave kit and lunch will be provided.  To guarantee the class, all interested will need to pre-register and pay by stopping by the Extension Office.  Limited to first 10 to sign up!

Friday Night Dance

 The Troubadors will be hosting a dance every Friday Night at the Mike Truelove Educational Complex Building.   The dance for this Friday Night   May 9th,  is a tribute to the group and celebrating 5 years of playing music from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m
 
This Friday night there will be a “FINGER FOOD” appreciation for the 5 years and it will begin at 6:30.   Come on out and bring a dish and celebrate their 5 years with us.

The Butler County Middle School is accepting parent nominations to serve on the 2014-2015 Site Base Decision Making Council. 

The Site Base Decision Making Council has the responsibility to set school policy consistent with district board policy and will provide an environment to enhance students’ achievement and help the school meet their goals.
