BCATC Students of the Month

Brittany Bingham

The Butler County Area Technology Center has announced the students of the month.Congratulations to Josh Flener, Brittany Bingham, Tyler Vincent, Cody White, and Caleb Hunt.

Brittany Bingham, senior, is Health Science student of the month. She shows the readiness to learn every day and possesses the initiative to excel in the health care field.  Currently she works at Dr. Hammad’s office as well as Morgantown Care and Rehab. She successfully passed her SRNA test in December and has a wonderful bedside manner with all her patients. She will be an asset to the health care industry. She actively participates in all HOSA club activities and recently competed at the state level.


Josh Flener, sophomore, is Carpentry’s student of the month. Josh has a great work ethic and is a student that shows great passion to detail. He has a get-it-done type of attitude and you will never see him being idle throughout the day. Josh is very quiet at times and has the ability to lead by example. This school year there have been several times when other students have asked Josh on the proper techniques of how to do something. He is a pleasure to have in class.

 

Tyler Vincent, junior, is the student of the month for the HVAC program. Tyler is improving daily in class and learning as he goes. He asks questions, pays attention, and participates in class activities. He has a great attitude.

 
Cody White, senior, Automotive Technology student of the month has shown great improvement not only in his automotive skills but with understanding of the different systems of the automobile. He has shown exceptional leadership skills among his classmates. Cody has received the distinction from the instructor as shop foreman by showing the ability to designate responsibilities of the day to (4) other students in his group. Cody knows how to do the repairs right the first time.

 
Caleb Hunt, senior, Industrial Maintenance student of the month, always has a positive attitude in class. He is a team leader, always willing to go the extra mile. Caleb recently placed 2nd in Residential Wiring at regional SkillsUSA competition and competed at the state level. Caleb put forth great effort for this competition and was very determined to do well. Along with this he takes the role of being a class leader in performing daily tasks associated with the class.
