Kevin and Debi Phelps

1.    Broadly speaking, what are the primary reasons you are seeking the office for which you are running?

I feel like I have a lot to offer 2nd District and Butler County by using my experience and knowledge in making decisions that would improve our county.  I care about the people of Butler County and will do whatever I can to improve their livelihood.  I feel with my management skills, I can work with the other County officials, and we can get the most out of our tax dollars.
