Jacobs inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for Business

Aaron Jacobs, son of Jarrod Jacobs and Becky Jacobs, was recently inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for Business at WKU. Only students ranking in the top 10 percent of the undergraduate programs at schools accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) are eligible to receive an invitation to join.

MCRC: Neverland Is A Feeling/ I Won't Grow Up

As the artist team ended the second day of residency at Morgantown Care and Rehabilitation, I felt as if I was in that place where it could be a dream or it could be the reality. You know the place. The feeling you get when you feel as if you are soaring, the natural high that comes from being part of something that is so meaningful it shakes your very core.

Spring Playschool 2018

Playschool Graduation sponsored by the Butler County High School Child Development classes took place on Friday, May 18. 57 preschoolers along with 44 playschool teachers took part in the graduation ceremonies.  Virginia Deweese welcomed the guests and graduates.  Afterwards, Finn LeGrand and Grace Decker introduced special guests.  Alivia Bratcher and Chaney Brooks shared memories of the playschool class of 2018.  Playschool diplomas were presented to each child by Mr.

National Nursing Home Week

Morgantown Care and Rehab is celebrating National Nursing Home Week.  Day one focused on Homemakers and Hobbies.  The elders and stakeholders celebrated with participating in two fishing trips at a local fishing hole.  Many fish were caught, even a 15 lb fish by stakeholder, Robert Williams.  For those who preferred a more relaxing environment, residents and stakeholders were treated to massages in a relaxing environment by our very own therapy team.

Helping Hands Benefit raises over $3K for Morgantown Mission

Richland Church Praise Band

On Saturday, May 19, the second annual Morgantown Mission Helping Hands fund benefit was held from 5-8 p.m. at Butler County Middle School.  Over $3,000 was raised from the barbeque meal, silent auction, and donations.
