Two local bridges set to be repaired as part of "Bridging Kentucky Program"

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KTC) has launched an extraordinary bridge program to restore aging and deficient bridges across the Commonwealth.  This six-year program will improve bridge conditions and ensure appropriate weight capacities are met by more than 1,000 bridges statewide.  Of those, more than 60 percent are bridges that are owned by county and local governments.

Murder Suspect captured in Butler County

On Monday, February 11th, at approximately 11:20 p.m., Officer Paul Evans of the Morgantown Police Department and Deputy Logan Milligan of the Butler County Sheriff's Department responded to the William Natcher Parkway (south-bound mile maker 27) in reference to person walking in dark clothing. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Joshua Crouch, age 37, of Bowling Green. Crouch was wanted on murder charges in Bowling Green.

On February 6th at approximately 10:47am, Officers of the Morgantown Police Department responded to Ace Hardware in reference to shoplifting that occurred the day prior. During the investigation, Travis L. West age 40 of Morgantown KY was identified as the suspect.
