Sandra Kay Rife, known affectionately as Sandra to all who loved her, passed away peacefully at the age of 60 at her home in Morgantown, KY, on September 23, 2025. Born on November 17, 1964, in Warren County, KY, Sandra was a beacon of love and kindness throughout her life, touching the hearts of many with her warm presence and generous spirit.

Lyndel Hal Evans

Lyndel Hal Evans, age 61, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at his residence.  He was born in Warren Co., KY on Oct. 31, 1963. Hal was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church and a truckdriver.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR, UK basketball and riding 4-wheelers.  He was preceded in death by his parents Rudolph Evans and Linda Doolin Hammers.

He is survived by his son Calub Evans (Laura); half-brothers Jamie Hammers (Christy) and Jerry Hammers; grandchildren Khloe Evans and Keaton Deberry and several friends.

Larry Eugene Johnson, 70 of Aberdeen, KY passed away on September 17, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on November 26, 1954 and was a member of Leonard Oak Baptist Church. Larry was preceded in death by his loving parents Cleatus and Lottie Johnson, his four brothers H.C. Johnson (Myrl), N.W. Johnson, Leslie Johnson and J.N. Johnson. Also his two sisters Dimple Elmore (Odell) and Catherine Mason (Wilson).

Shirley Wingfield Neighbors, age 83, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at the Medical Center.  She was born in Butler Co., KY on May 1, 1942.   She was a member of Cool Springs General Baptist Church and a homemaker.  Shirley liked to work in her flower garden.  She was preceded in death by her husband’s Ray Ball and Archie Neighbors; parents Hobert and Gusta McKinney Wingfield; sisters Freda Hope and Linda Wingfield.
