               I am Bruce White and I believe most of you know me. I have lived here all my life and I love Butler County. I married Brenda Ward White and we have four (4) children and six (6) grandchildren. I was born in Morgantown in 1950 to the late Onva “Short” White and Joan (Phelps) White.

On Saturday, May 12, Rochester Pride Day was held.  It's theme was "Celebrating Our Rich Past & Bright Future."  The main attraction was the dedication of the Suffolk Historical Marker on the corner of Ferry Street and Creamery Street. The marker is the 14th in Butler County.

The Butler County Board of Education met in regular session on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at Butler County High School. All board members were in attendance.

Background:  Richie Bratcher, age 49, is a candidate for Butler County Judge-Executive.  He lives at 49 Welcome Road, Morgantown, KY. 

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – On Saturday, 88 students representing 48 counties from across the Commonwealth of Kentucky were recognized during The Gatton Academy’s 11th graduation ceremony in Van Meter Hall.

Gatton Academy Executive Director and Mahurin Professor of Gifted Education Dr. Julia Roberts expressed that the graduation ceremony was a celebration for Kentucky.

The Butler County Arts Guild had nearly 100 people pass through their newly opened doors on Friday night, as they hosted the grand opening of their newly renovated gallery space. Included in the crowd, were several local, regional and state officials.

I am Osei Thomas running for Fourth District Magistrate. I live in the heart of beautiful Jetson and I love it. I was raised in Hoover, Alabama. I first moved to Bowling Green to attain an accounting degree at Western Kentucky University.  I would attend WKU and receive an Associates in Computing with emphasis in Desktop Publishing.  I later graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from WKU.
