Butler County Fiscal Court met on Monday, November 13, at the courthouse.  All five magistrates were in attendance.

The Annual Radiothon for the Morgantown Mission began with the goal of collecting enough pledges to fill 600-holiday food baskets for needy local families. It ended four hours later with 664 baskets pledged and $20,000 raised.

Several people, businesses, groups, churches, farmers, county officials, and organizations came to show their support for the Mission.

The groundbreaking was held on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, to commemorate the new 4,500-square-foot space, which is expected to be complete in June of 2024.
