Cameron's Fight for KY Bus Tour stops at the Farm Boy

An enthusiastic group of supporters  made their way to the Farm Boy Restaurant in Morgantown, on Saturday, November 4, to welcome Daniel Cameron’s Fight  for Kentucky Bus Tour, which was rolling through the state in anticipation of today’s General Election.

Cameron, current Attorney General and a Republican, is challenging incumbent governor Andy Bashear. Several statewide candidates for constitutional offices were also traveling with Cameron, including Secretary of State Michael Adams, GOP candidate for attorney general Russell Coleman, and Republican candidate for treasurer, Mark Metcalf. Lieutenant governor candidate State Senator Robbie Mills, State Representative Rebecca Raymer, State Senator Stephen Meredith, and U.S. Representative Brett Guthrie, as well as several local elected officials were present. Cameron spoke briefly  about familiar campaign themes, including what he described as the governor’s extreme actions related to the Covid  pandemic, such as closing churches, schools, and small businesses.  The Republican candidate also took issue with Beshear’s veto of Senate Bill 150, which protects  children from gender-related surgical procedures, among other things.  According to Cameron, a vote for Beshear is a vote for Biden. The general election is today. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
