The Butler County High School Lady Bears' Soccer team honored their three seniors on Thursday night at the Charles T. Black City Park.  Carlee Mitchell, Tori Hampton, and Kierra Neighbors and their parents were recognized and presented gifts.

Kentucky basketball commit Blair Green of Harlan County felt like she had a good relationship with most everyone at her school. Still, she was not prepared to be picked as the school’s homecoming queen.

The Butler County Bears lost a heartbreaker to the Muhlenberg Co. Mustangs 42-34 last Friday night. The Bears almost wrecked Homecoming night for the Class 6A Mustangs in a game loaded with offense.
