Butler County Middle School has a volleyball team for the first time in history. They played Breck and Ohio County at home. The Lady Bears took losses against both, but the 8th-grade team did win one game against Breckinridge. Tuesday, they traveled to Grayson Co.

"We played our best volleyball to date, but lost to a talented Grayson County team," said Coach Myron Dockery.

Even though this is the first year of volleyball at BCMS, the girls are learning quickly. 

“We see improvement each time they take the court,” added Coach Dockery. The next game is against St Romauld Thursday night, 5:30 at home.
