The Butler County Fiscal Court held a special called meeting on Tuesday evening in the auxiliary courtroom behind the Judge-Executive’s office in the courthouse. All members were present along with County Attorney Dick Deye and a visitor.

One of the largest Christmas parades was held on Saturday. The streets were lined three to four people deep all along the parade route. Children went home with their sack full of candy and Santa came to Morgantown. Parade Winners were:

A single-vehicle accident took place earlier today and may have been caused by slick road conditions. According to sources, a car collided with a tractor trailer in the southbound lane on the William Natcher Parkway near the Cool Springs bridge overpass in Butler County.
