Emmitt T. Cox 85 of Morgantown, KY passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Emmitt was born November 6, 1933 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Tossom and Clora Elms Cox. He retired from the river boat Mulzer Crush Stone. Emmitt loved trap shooting, fishing, hunting and his family.

N.V. was born April 16, 1938 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Zell and Sophia Booth House. He was a member of White Ridge Church and worked for the railroad for many years. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Elijah F.

Patricia L. “Pat” Stewart, 88 of Hartford, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 6 2019 at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born on November 24, 1930 in Beaver Dam to the late Wayne and Mattie Porter Leach. Patricia was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, a former member of the Hartford Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and she retired from General Electric.

James Anthony Dudgeon, age 65 of Kingswood, KY died Friday, July 5, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Breckinridge County, KY on January 4, 1954, the son of the late Fred and Mildred Ruth Stevenson Dudgeon. James was a retired pipeline construction superintendent. He was a logger and truck driver. James was the owner of Dudgeon Farms. He enjoyed working on antique tractors and cars, playing pool and riding around the community in his golf cart.

Anna Belle Brashars Hunt, 75 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Anna Belle was born on Monday, March 27, 1944 in Warren County, Kentucky to the late Earlon and Laura Jane Phelps Brashars and wife of the late Carlos Hunt. She was a member of Big Muddy Missionary Baptist Church and retired from Kanes Manufacturing. Anna Belle enjoyed sewing, spending time with her family,  especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Rev. Eddie Jay Slaubaugh

Rev. Eddie Jay Slaubaugh, 70, of Murfreesboro, TN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday July 3 2019.

He was born in Washington, IN and was a native of Morgantown KY. He was the son of the late Rev. Benjamin Cledus and Regina Beatrice Slaubaugh. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Gary Slaubaugh.

Barry Wayne Leach

Barry Wayne Leach, 62 of Horse Branch, Kentucky passed away Tuesday July 2, 2019 at Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville. He was born August 31, 1956 in Ohio County to the late James K. and Louise Leach. Barry was a 1974 graduate of Ohio County High School where as a senior he was basketball team captain and voted All District Tournament Team. After graduation, Barry worked as an ambulance driver for the Ohio County Ambulance Service until 1981.
