Larry Jonah Peay, 85, of Greenville, KY passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at the Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville, KY. Larry was born July 3, 1934 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Ervin Garfield and Opaline Hammers Peay. He was a member of Cleaton Baptist Church and retired from Asland Oil. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one grandson Jacob Edward Dunning; eight brothers Wilford, George, Rubin, Paul, Glen, Chester, Churl and Charles Peay and four sisters Lucy Peay, Pauline Smith, Jewell Neace and Myrtle Givens.

Larry Jonah Peay is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Aloma Jenkins Peay; one daughter Lori Dunning and wife Edward of Central City, Ky; one grandson Joel Dunning of Central City, KY; one granddaughter Sarah Dunning of Central City, KY and several nieces and nephews.

All services are private, with private burial in the Rochester Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
