MES Students Give to Area Foster Children

The students of Ms. Katrina Graham's class

The children in Ms. Katrina Graham's class decided not to buy gift for each other but buy gloves and toboggans for the foster children in Butler County. Ms. Graham was a foster/adoptive parent for Butler County several years ago and she is very familiar with the needs the children have. The Department for Community Based Services is very thankful to have teachers and students like this that sees the importance of giving to others instead of receiving. Our community is blessed to have people like this class. Butler County also needs more foster/adoptive parents.

Thank You - Family of Catherine Mason

To the family, friends, fellow church members, and co-workers: if you stopped to visit, brought a dish, said a prayer, sent flowers in memory, or just kept us in your thoughts, thank you. To Dr. Wan and his staff, no amount of words can express our gratitude. You went above and beyond with all the help during Mom’s illness. To the Butler Co. Ambulance Service, thank you for all you do. To Bro. Gary Embry, than you so much for all that you did during this sad time. To Salem Baptist Church thank you for your prayers, visits and the wonderful meal you served after the funeral.
