Local businesses continue window painting tradition

Front doors at Aberdeen Grocery

Several local businesses continued the annual tradition of painting their glass doors/windows with patriotic or Catfish Festival themes.

According to Morgantown-Butler County Chamber of Commerce President Jamie Chaney, the window painting this year was not a contest like in years past.

"We hope to get enough support this year to get this turned back into a contest for next year," said Chaney.

Scenic Route Photography

When your cruising around and come across a sunset that colors the sky like this, how can it not take your breath away?? It never ceases to amaze me of the beauty that God blesses us with everyday and it doesn't cost us a dime. As the saying goes "life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away". There could not be a saying more true. And moments like I caught here on my camera, are those moments I love so dearly.
