An April incident involving two Butler County men at a Logansport Road residence is prompting allegations of assault.

Truck, mowing equipment stolen; Sheriff's Dept. Investigating

On Sunday, July 5, the Butler County Sheriff's office was dispatched to Josh Tichenor's residence at 32 C. Beck Road, Cromwell, Kentucky. A 2005 Isuzu box truck had been stolen. Tichenor had a video of an individual driving away with his truck, which contained two zero-turn mowers, weedeaters, a blower, and a hedge trimmer. On July 4, around 5:15 a.m. a minivan, or small SUV, pulled up and let out an individual, who went around behind the camera and then entered the truck and drove away.
