Butler County football quarterback standout Rex Henderson won Class 2A, District 2 Player of the Year.  Butler County head football coach Ryan Emmick won Class 2A, District 2 Coach of the Year.

Butler County High School and Butler County Middle School Archery Teams traveled to Bristow in Bowling Green on Saturday to kick off the start of their archery season. BCMS Team #1 scoring a 3114 and Team #2 scoring  2891 winning both first and third place in the middle school division.

Morgantown Elementary School Archery Team traveled to Bristow in Bowling Green on Saturday to kick off the start of their archery season. MES dominated the 10 meter tournament with Team #1 scoring a 3163 and Team #2 scoring a 2807 winning both first and second place in elementary division.

The 20th Annual Drake's Farm Service Hunter's Night Out was a huge success.  Over 500 people attended the event.  Stan's Famous Chili delighted the crowd as well as several great in-store deals. Entertainment and door prizes put the final touches on the evening.
