Morgantown City Police Department's new officers, Ethan Vincent and James Embry have completed their training. The Butler County natives graduated from the Department of Criminal Justice Training Academy in Richmond, Kentucky, on Friday, November 8th.

On November 11, Morgantown Elementary held its annual Veteran's Day program under the direction of Mrs. JoLynn Reed, Primary Counselor. The program began with posting of the colors by the Butler County High School NJROTC, and the singing of the National Anthem by Ms. Tammy Young.
