Vincent and Embry graduate from Criminal Justice Academy

Morgantown City Police Department's new officers, Ethan Vincent and James Embry have completed their training. The Butler County natives graduated from the Department of Criminal Justice Training Academy in Richmond, Kentucky, on Friday, November 8th.

Officer James Embry
Ethan and his wife Whitney, reside in Morgantown. While James, his wife, Hannah, and daughter, Ellie live in the Neafus community of Butler County.
