Myrlene Cox has been a very special part of Morgantown Care & Rehabilitation Center for years. Ms. Cox was born in Butler County, Kentucky on October 14, 1932. Her parents were William and Laura. Myrlene went to grade school in Butler County. Her father was a coal miner.

Butler County is home for Suzanne Brosnan. Born in Warren County her family moved back to Butler County before Suzanne was six years old. Suzanne is the daughter of Bernice O. Phelps and the late J.C. Phelps.

Sherry Embry Johnson has been deeply shaped by her community. She was born and raised in Butler County to parents, Wendell C. and Faye Embry. She had many wonderful role models in her early formative years. People like Aunt Illma Haven taught her how to be positive.

Marguerite Porter Tuggle has been a very special part of Morgantown Care & Rehabilitation Center for years. Ms. Tuggle was born in Eden, Kentucky on June 19th, 1935. She was named after her oldest brother’s girlfriend Ms. Marguerite Humphrey. Ms.
