LOUSIVILLE-– Maggie Drake of Butler County recently returned home from Kentucky Farm Bureau’s (KFB) Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders (IFAL). A total of 90 high school students from around the state attended the five-day summer leadership conference.

Butler County Jail had a walk-off inmate escape from an inmate work crew job detail on Friday, June 28. This inmate escaped near the Butler/Muhlenberg County lines near Highway 431 and 949.
