Jeffrey Renfrow was sentenced today to 30 years in prison on charges stemming from his 2010 arrest for three counts of sexual abuse, first degree and three counts of sodomy, second degree.

More than 1,200 tires and truck-loads of refuse have been removed from the Isaiah Evans Cemetery area in the Fifth District area of north Butler County. The cemetery is located off KY 79 N across from Oak Ridge Road.

185 Martin Wilson Road was the location of a house fire earlier tonight as multiple volunteer firemen converged on the scene at approximately 9:30 p.m. The white frame house, located off Veteto Lane/KY 79 North, is owned by Melvin and Sandy Ralph.
