Morgantown mayor Billy Phelps presents state senator CB Embry Jr. with an honorary plaque.

The Morgantown-Butler County Chamber of Commerce held its April luncheon on Thursday. State senator CB Embry Jr. was the guest speaker for the event.

"We are very lucky regionally and statewide to have a state senator that lives two blocks from city hall," Mayor Billy Phelps said.

UPDATE(Bowling Green, KY)-  The operator of the Kia passenger car, 32 year old Jonathan McDaniel, succumbed to his injuries he sustained in today's collision and was pronounced dead at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
