Health care company operates Morgantown Care and Rehab Center locally
Morgantown, KY (April 22, 2016) – Signature HealthCARE, the Louisville-based company that operates Morgantown Care and Rehab Center, recently was recognized as one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Kentucky’ during an awards ceremony held in Lexington.
The ‘Best Places’ program is hosted annually by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management state council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. This is the third consecutive year Signature has been named to the list. Other honorees include Papa John’s, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Hilliard Lions.
“In order to make Kentucky’s economy thrive, we must be able not only to educate and employ Kentuckians here, but we also must entice those from out-of-state to work here,” said Kentucky Chamber President and CEO Dave Adkisson. “The ‘Best Places’ program does just that.”
As part of the ‘Best Places’ process, surveys are sent to company employees seeking feedback. Among Signature survey respondents, 99% said they like their work and 96% said they feel valued at Signature.
Signature ranked number 11 on a list of more than 30 mid-size Kentucky companies.
