Walter Lee Embry, 66, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday June 23, 2018 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville TN. Walter was born July 14, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Hobert and Mae Couch Embry. He was a member of Trinity Full Gospel Tabernacle Church and retired United States Army Veteran after 24 years of service. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers Morris and Bobby Embry.

Ida Earlean Brooks, 88, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away June 22, 2018 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Earlean was born January 21, 1930 in Brooklyn, Kentucky to the late Doctor Allison "Dock" and Martha Ann Geary Brooks and wife of the late Randall J. Brooks who passed away April 26, 2004. She was a long time member of Chapel Union Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Chapel Union Ladies Sunshine Club.Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by 6 brothers Lacy Brooks, Cherry Brooks, William A.

Austin Lane Dockery, 25, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018 in Sellersburg, In. He was born in Ohio Co., Ky. on August 6, 1992 to Phillip Dockery and Debbie Embry Pharris. Austin hung drywall with his father. He also loved to ride four wheelers, go fishing, hunting and spending time with his children.  He is preceded in death by his grandfathers Hester Dockery and Ronnie Lee.

Gustava Nadeen Givens Brown, 91 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Wednesday June 20, 2018 at the TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Gustava was born October 5, 1926 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Burn and Lela Givens and wife of the late George Estill Brown. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Aline Embry Cockerell, 93 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at her son's residence. Aline was born March 6, 1925, in Butler County Kentucky to the late Noah and Ola Embry Embry and wife of the late Noble Owen Cockerell. She was a member of Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by two daughters Vonnell Hillard and Connie Hunt; 3 brothers Audra, Reacil and James H. Embry and one sister Artie Willoughby.

Karen Jean Washer Johnson, 61, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at her home in Lewisburg. She fought her battle with cancer with courage and dignity... now she has found peace and healing. Karen will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend. She was born on August 12, 1956 in Butler County to Lorene and V. C. Washer who survive. She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Odessa and Boyd Johnson, whom she loved very much.

Diane Romans McKee, 67 of Logansport, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at her residence. Diane was born November 24, 1950, in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late Willie Stanley and Elwanda Ragland Romans. She was of the Church of Christ faith, member of the Butler County Homemakers and a retired accountant for Quality Supply Company and A&P Contractors. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by three uncles Latney Ragland, George Mason and Joe Ben Romans.

Leesa M. Popp Parker, 47 of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at the Norton Women's & Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Leesa was born August 21, 1970, in California to Dave Popp and the late Bonnie Beavin Roberts. She attended Mt. Lebanon Church of Christ and was a traffic controller for Scotty's Construction in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
