Ruby Lee Turner Mastin, 88, of Bowling Green, Ky., formerly of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the Greenwood Nursing and Rehab Center in Bowling Green. She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on December 15, 1931 to the late Willie and Rena Bobbett Turner. She was a member of the West End Church of Christ. She worked as a caregiver for Home Instead and enjoyed sewing and taking care of her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Earl Mastin and sister Opal Francis Hardcastle.

Ruby is survived by her three sons Alan Mastin (Pam) of Russellville, Steve Mastin (Michele) of Bowling Green and Tim Mastin of Morgantown; grandson James Mastin of Bowling Green; sister Othelle Lightfoot of Bowling Green and several nieces and nephews.
