With wins over Owensboro, Todd County Central and Russellville, the Butler County Bears jump started a good week of softball as the 2016 season enters its final three weeks.On Thursday, May 5, the Bears used a big fourth inning to beat Russellville 11-3 at home.

The Butler County Track and Field Team continued their season on Thursday, April 28th at McLean County, and were able to bring home 2nd place overall.

BCB held its second regular season points tournament for the 2016 season at Barren River Lake Saturday April the 16th. The weather cooperated for a change and it was a great day to be on the water. The lake is still about 8 foot below summer pool.
