The Butler County Retired Teachers held their monthly luncheon on Monday at the Butler County Educational Complex. Over 25 retired teachers and guests were in attendance. The group honored two Butler County students for their accomplishments.

Several students representing the Butler County Chapter of SkillsUSA competed in various regional competitions Friday, March 1 in Bowling Green. As always we are very proud of all our students for their ability to compete with integrity and skill. Seven students came back as placement winners.

Prom season is just around the corner and the Butler County High School Project Prom committee is busy with preparations. To raise money for the 2013 Junior-Senior Project Prom, a Zumbathon is scheduled for March 15 at 5 p.m. at the BCHS gym.
