William D. “Bud” West, 73 of Cromwell, Kentucky passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at his home. He was born on May 2, 1948, in Black Lake Bottoms in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Bert Jackson and Frances Louise Campbell Jackson, surviving.

Darcus Aline Frank Garner, age 88, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, Apr. 2, 2022 at her residence.  She was born in Jefferson Co., Ky. on Oct. 6, 1933 to the late Robert L.

Carolyn Kay Meredith, age 75 of Morgantown, KY passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Carolyn was born Monday, May 20, 1946 in Butler County, KY to the late Densley "Dent" and Ollie Johnson Keown. She was a member of Morgantown Community Church and the National Hairdresser Association, owner and operator of The Hair and Sun Gallery and Meredith Rental Properties. Carolyn loved the beach especially Orange Beach in Alabama, enjoyed shopping, walking and fishing. Carolyn lit up every room she entered with her charismatic personality.

Patricia A. Hastings, age 82 , of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at her residence.  She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on January 27, 1940 to the late Paul Brantley and Bonnie Martin Brantley. Pat was a member of Big Muddy Baptist Church. She and her husband Robert were married Nov. 23, 1979. Pat retired after 40 plus years as an RN and loved taking care of her yard in Cape Coral, Fl. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Hastings and brother Gerald Brantley.  

Linda V. Hammers, age 80, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.  She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on June 7, 1941 to the late James “Sam” and Avey “Pocahontas” Kitchens Doolin.  Linda was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church and a homemaker.  She enjoyed watching all the neighborhood kids, being outside working in the garden and playing Rook.  Linda was also a NASCAR fan and a UK fan.  She was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings.

Lisa "Robin" Johnson, age 51 passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the Ohio County Hospital. Robin was born Thursday, December 3, 1970 in Bowling Green, Ky to the late Dalton and Katherine Sue Cox Cardwell. Robin was a Homemaker and member of East Fairview General Baptist Church.

Arlie Glen Dunn, 78, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.   He was born in Butler Co., Ky. on Sept. 4, 1943 to the late Georgie and Lucille Arnold Dunn.  He was a member of Woodbury Baptist Church. He worked at Drake’s Farm Service, IMCO Recycling and also worked on small engines.  He was the treasurer of the Butler Co.

Rosemary Imeah Page, Age 68, a life-long resident of Butler County, Ky, passed away on Saturday,  March 26, 2022 in Bowling Green, Ky. Rosemary was born on September 23, 1953 in Bowling Green, Ky to the late Glyndon and Evelyn Lawrence Page. She was a light in the life of everyone who knew her and was loved by all. Rosie cared well for others. She was in tune with the Holy Ghost and could sense when people were down or didn't feel well and would ask "You alright?". She loved babies and was so excited when new babies were added to the family.

David Alan Hubbard, age 55 of Morgantown, KY gained his heavenly wings Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. David was born on Thursday, December 29, 1966 in Warren County, KY to the late Joe Tom and Shirley Jean Cline Hubbard. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY and the NRA. One of David's greatest honors was to serve his country in the United States Army, serving 8 years.  David retired from Country Oven Bakery and enjoyed woodworking and fishing with his brother.

Gaylen V. Givens, 75, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.   He was born in Butler Co., Ky. on July 6, 1946 to the late Clyde and Gladean McCoy Givens.  He was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church.  Gaylen enjoyed fishing and going to the dirt track races.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
