Ovie Burnace Henderson Beliles, 95, of Smith Grove, Ky., passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Greenwood  Nursing Home in Bowling Green, Ky.  She was born in the community of Dimple Ky.  on August 20, 1925 to the late Harvey Blaine Henderson and Mary Hampton Henderson. She was a lifelong member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church. She loved antiquing and flea markets.   She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond T. Beliles; brothers, Clifton, Raymond, Talmage and Guy Henderson;  sisters Velma Givens, Mable West and Ruble Carter.

Beverly Ann Searles, 46 of Morgantown, KY passed away Monday April 12, 2021 at her residence. Beverly was born on Wednesday July 31, 1974 in Russellville, KY to Jerry and Brenda Lamb Davenport who survives. She was a member of Belmont General Baptist Church and was a nurse which gave her the opportunity to care for others. Beverly loved all animals and lived her life in a fun and loving way that made her so vibrant.

Justus W. "JW" Edmonds, 76 of Cromwell, KY passed away Tuesday April 6, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. He was born on Tuesday March 6, 1945 in Cromwell, KY to the union of the late Charles Thomas and Mable Daugherty Edmonds. J W was a United States Army Veteran and he retired from the Ohio County Road Department. He enjoyed fishing, wood working, being on the farm and his cattle. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Wilma Ligion; one brother Carlie Edmonds and one niece Susan Johnson.

Kanaan Drake Hawes, infant son of Allen and Kammie Hawes, was born and went to his heavenly home after a short time on earth on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, John McGinnis.

Karen Morgan Lindsey, 52 of Louisville, KY passed away Tuesday March 30, 2021 at the UL Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY. Karen was born December 21, 1968 in Oklahoma City, OK to the late Jerry and Jewel Hunt Morgan.

Wilbur Ray Kirby, 76 of Dunmor, Kentucky formerly of Morgantown, KY passed away Sunday March 28, 2021 at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Wilbur was born on Sunday July 23, 1944 in Warren County, Kentucky to the late James Edward and Era Nell Davidson Kirby. He was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

David Key of Bowling Green, Kentucky was born March 16th, 1939 and passed away at the age of 82 on March 16th, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father Daniel Key and his mother Grady and 3 sisters.

He is survived by his wife Daronda of 59 years.

His daughter Nicole (Brian) his granddaughters Leah(Jonathan), Melanie(Dustin), his grandson Ethan, and his 4 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

He proudly served his country in the Air Force for 21 years.

He will be greatly missed.

Ira Roger Flener, 77 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday March 27, 2021 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Roger was born on Thursday October 28, 1943 in the Aberdeen Community of Butler County, KY to the late Ira Justus (IJ) and Arbie Daphna Burden Flener and husband of the late Barbara Sue Hunt Flener. He was retired from Butler County Board of Education. Other than his parents and wife he is preceded in death by one sister Justine Flener Ward; four brothers Walter Hollis, Bobby T., James Stephen (Steve) and Mark Anthony Flener.

Tommy Gene Cardwell, 77, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at his residence in Morgantown.  He was born in Butler Co., Ky. on May 9, 1943 to the late Ancil  and Geneva Howard Cardwell.  He was a member of Big Muddy Missionary Baptist Church and was a retired truck driver and diesel mechanic for Ingram Trucking.  He was a Mason of the 32nd degree and loved to sit on the porch swing in the sun and spend time with his grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Bonita Redell Hatcher Cardwell and sister Sonja Cardwell Flener. 

Patrick Ira Flener, 55 of Morgantown, KY passed away on Friday March 26, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. He was born November 15, 1965 in Butler County, KY to the late Dyke and Lucy Woodcock McKinney who survives. Patrick was a avid coin and knife collector and a family man, proud Papaw to his granddaughter Susan.
