The Bears traveled toGraysonCountyon Wednesday in hopes of knocking off one of the better teams in the region. However, the defense faltered early and often. The Cougars scored 6 runs in the first inning and 4 runs in the second inning on their way to a 10-0 win in 5 innings.

The season on the calendar is Spring, but it was football season last Friday night at Butler County High School. Over a hundred fans, parents, and boosters gathered at the BCHS football field for the 2014 Blue/White Spring scrimmage.

The Baseball Bears faced Owensboro Catholic on Tuesday night in the opening game of the All A Tournament. The weather was cold and the Bears never got going, dropping the game to the Aces 18-0 in 4 innings.
