"The Neighbors" is a new locally owned and operated furniture, home decor and consignment store located in Ashley Plaza Bldg. D7. Owner, Vickie Neighbors began collecting furniture and home decor items last fall in hopes of opening a business.

United States Representative Brett Guthrie came to Morgantown on Wednesday to talk with his constituents. A large crowd gathered at the Butler County Ag Extension Office as Guthrie held a question and answer session for nearly two hours.

Morgantown is now home to a new counseling and therapy agency. Compass Counseling, based in Bowling Green, has recently expanded their outreach by opening offices in Brownsville, and here in Morgantown.

The Butler County Sheriff’s Department now has new tools to help with law enforcement, and to help the deputies and staff handle their duties more efficiently. Sheriff Scottie Ward unveiled his deputy’s new cruiser computer systems, and is pleased with the results so far.
