The Morgantown Housing Authority held its monthly meeting on Monday, July 27, at the Kent Manor Community Room. Chairperson James Dossey called the meeting to order. In attendance were Billy Warren, Mayor Billy Phelps, Iris Moore, Pam Staples and Anita Jenkins.
