A single car accident over the holiday weekend has claimed the life of a Butler County man.  Joshua White, 32, was traveling in a Chevy S-10 pickup on a private road off High Grover Road near the Gilstrap-Dexterville-Banock area of Butler County.  The accident took place on Friday, July 1, at approximately 6:54 p.m.  White apparently came around a curve, struck part of a concrete bridge, lost control of the vehicle, and left the road. His vehicle came to rest on its top in a creek.  White was pronounced dead at the scene.  A passenger in the vehicle, Charles McKinney, was not injured.  Officers with the Butler County Sheriff's Department, Butler County EMS, and members of the Butler County Rescue Squad and Fifth District Volunteer Fire Department all responded to the scene.
