The Annual Boys & Girls Club’s Radio Auction was held on Saturday in the lobby of Morgantown Bank & Trust.  Tim Coleman and Tom Jones hit the air waves on WLBQ 101.5 FM at 8:00 am and the phones started ringing.  By the end of the auction, the total raised was $10,857.

Fire destroyed the home of Charles and Regina Bratcher located at 10800 Caneyville Road on Thursday evening.  The Bratchers were not home at the time of the fire, and there were no injuries.

The Butler County Grand Jury returned indictments against thirty-nine individuals on November 7, 2016. Charges include drugs, receiving stolen property, assault, and wanton endangerment. Arraignments have been set December 13, 2016, at 10:00 am.
